Will I get an email confirming my order?

Yes, once your order is processed and confirmed you will receive an email which will include all the item details as well as an order confirmation number.  The confirmation is sent to the email address that you enter in your order so please be sure that it is correct and up to date.  If you have email spam blockers or other similar software, please check to be sure your order confirmation from Universal Designs has not been flagged.

Please note that mail in orders can take up to 15 business days for Money Orders (Domestic or International) to clear.  Order confirmation is sent once  payments officially clear.

Purchasing Quantities?

A maximum of 3 items per SAME article number are allowed per household. You may purchase as many styles as you wish but no more than 3 of the same item in varying sizes/colors can be purchased from one delivery address.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are only available to Canadian businesses at this time. To apply for a Wholesale Account please contact us direct.

International Orders

Orders placed through udreplicas.com can only be shipped to addresses within Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States at this time.  Customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia  are responsible for any duties or tariffs incurred. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any merchandise restrictions for their local area. A restocking fee will be charged if an order was refused by the customer at delivery for reasons other than damaged merchandise.

Taxes

Only Canadian customers will be charged applicable taxes.

Payment Methods

Online payments can be made securely though Visa. Mastercard or  PayPal. 

Payments for the 3 Part-Payment Plan are only available by Visa or Mastercard.

Money Orders:

Please contact us if you plan to pay with a money order.  We will help walk you through the process for your country of origin.
