Universal Designs is committed to delivering quality products and ensures
that each and every garment or accessory produced is made by highly trained
professionals with decades of hands on experience in the garment industry.
Everyone associated to and working with Universal Designs takes great pride
in their area of production expertise and shares the same global commitment
to producing quality goods and merchandise.

Universal Designs will produce and deliver your goods as noted in your order
confirmation only.  Furthermore, Universal Designs only produces garments
and accessories in the accumulative sold totals and does not operate as a
clearance stock house so it is the buyers responsibility to double check the
related size charts before ordering.

Duties, Taxes/VAT and Import Fees

Please note that all goods are shipped from our location in Toronto, Canada. Universal Designs does not charge tax or VAT to any customer outside of Canada. As such, all goods shipping to any country outside of Canada may be subjected to their own duties and taxes for goods being imported into their countries. These fees are not additional shipping costs nor are they in any way payments for Universal Designs. Once you have your order confirmation, that is proof that shipping has been paid accordingly and in full so there are no other outstanding fees are to be paid to Universal Designs. Canadian customers will pay all applicable taxes.

**Changes Occurring As of August 19th 2010**
All goods sold through www.udreplicas.com to the USA will have the appropriate ‘Duties & Taxes’ added to their shopping cart. In doing so, this will eliminate all Brokerage Fees and there will be no further charges required upon receipt of goods. Furthermore, this will eliminate the need for US Customs to contact each US resident in advance prior to delivery. From this date forward, once your purchase is made and confirmed….there will be NO further customs, duties, brokerage fees or taxes required to be paid upon receipt of your goods.

Warranty

All goods produced by Universal Designs go through a very strict and
thorough quality control process before shipping.  Universal Designs will
address any items which are in some way defective in workmanship or
materials only. In this event you  must contact us within 48 hours of
receipt of merchandise to receive a Return Authorization Form.  Goods must
be in  their  original packaging and condition for any such  items
displaying manufacturing issues needing repair or replacement. There will be
no refunds. Shipping will be arranged and paid for by Universal Designs on
our courier account  for any item being returned due to manufacturing fault.
Otherwise, shipping is non-refundable.  Universal Designs does not accept
any returns or exchanges on goods delivered as per your order confirmation
so please be sure to double check our size chart to ensure you receive your
desired jacket size prior to placing your order as there will be no returns
or exchanges.  Great care and pride will be dedicated to each and every item
produced in your order as we consider it our privilege having you as our
customer.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package
delivered appears damaged please open and inspect all goods with Courier
present. If inspection of goods is done after accepting receipt of delivered
goods, you must hold onto the original packaging and merchandise for
inspection by the carrier otherwise no claim or replacement can be honored.

Disclaimer

Neither Universal Designs or any of its affiliates accept any responsibility
or liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of any
products sold. Use is at consumer’s risk. Liability is limited solely to
replacement of faulty merchandise.  All prices,  delivery dates,  materials
and colors  shown, displayed or advertised on www.udreplicas.com are
subject to change without prior notice .   All orders must be prepaid.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a
twenty-five dollar administrative fee on canceled orders. Once an order is
placed, cancellation can only be made by the original purchaser within 7
business days of the time of said purchase.  Following that time the order
is considered confirmed and accepted by Universal Designs.  There are no
cancellations accepted on confirmed orders, or once orders have been put
into production. Payment for an order constitutes implied agreement with and
adherence to these terms.

Universal Designs respects each individual user’s right to privacy. Universal Designs and its sites do not collect personal identifying information unless such information is specifically and knowingly provided from users during contests, surveys, sweepstakes, giveaways or site registration. Universal Designs may use this information for marketing and promotional purposes. Universal Designs does not supply identifying information to other companies, but may use such information for its own purposes including but not limited to email newsletters. (Identifying information must necessarily be used when notifying a user of requested information, such as order confirmation or production updates.)

Universal Designs uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure. However, Universal Designs is not responsible for any breach of security. If a Universal Designs user knowingly provides personal information, such as a name or email address, in a forum or other public service, that user should be aware that the information provided can be collected and used by third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of Universal Designs.

Non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of Universal Designs Internet servers or through the use of “cookies.” Cookies are small text files a web site places on your computer’s hard drive to recognize repeat users and facilitate the user’s use of the site. Also, cookies allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data for content improvement, targeted advertising, and marketing and promotional purposes. Users should be aware that Universal Designs cannot control the use of cookies or the resulting information by advertisers or other third parties. Most browsers allow a user to deny cookies; however, users should note that cookies may be required to provide certain web site features.

ATTENTION MINORS: No information should be submitted to Universal Designs by children under 18 years of age without their parent’s or guardian’s consent. Universal Designs does not monitor the age of its user audience.

Universal Designs reserves the right to change this policy at any time by posting notice of the existence of a new privacy statement. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
